when I was in jail we would make ‘whips’. you filled your mug halfway with instant coffee, added 2+ packs of sugar, and as little water as possible. then you’d use your spork to whip it up into like a frosting, then put it on a rice krispy square, cereal, or just eat it. A caffeine and sugar bomb that’d guarantee a good crash afterwards. What I mean by this is that was the behavior of inmates, and whoever made this video, like, chose to do these things at home
